Karlé has more than five years of experience across global health, gender equality, and climate and agricultural development. Her skills include stakeholder coordination, monitoring and evaluation, financial modeling, partnership development, and professional writing. She supports partners such as the Gates Foundation and the World Health Organization by helping advance complex cross‑sector initiatives and translating technical priorities into coherent, actionable work.
Previously, Karlé served as a program assistant at the Gates Foundation, supporting a gender equality portfolio spanning economic empowerment, digital inclusion, and health. She also worked as a project manager at 4R Digital, leading buyer strategy for carbon markets, designing monitoring and evaluation systems for women‑centered carbon projects, and contributing to innovative credit‑scoring tools developed in partnership with M‑PESA Africa. Earlier in her career, Karlé was a global tour guide and marketing specialist at Trek Travel, where she honed her storytelling and facilitation skills while leading international cycling programs.
Karlé holds an MSc in emerging economies and international development from King’s College London and a BSc in business entrepreneurship and philosophy from the University of Washington. She has lived and worked in the United States, the United Kingdom, and across Europe, Sub‑Saharan Africa, and East Asia. She currently resides in the United Kingdom.
