As the vice president of people and culture at Kinaura Partners, Cambria works with the Operations team to ensure staff and contractors are empowered with the resources and support they need to achieve their goals. She brings deep expertise in executive and entrepreneurship coaching, design thinking, DEI, facilitation, and talent management.
With over 15 years of experience, Cambria has helped organizations build teams and environments that are people-centered, mission-driven, and engaging. Previously, she founded and led her own consulting practice, supporting early- and mid-stage founders with talent development, strategic visioning, and programmatic redesign. Her client portfolio spanned organizations focused on DEI, workforce development, transformative justice, and conservation.
Cambria spent nearly a decade supporting community-based education entrepreneurs at 4.0 Schools. As chief talent officer, she led initiatives to create new human capital systems, redesign roles, and transition the organization’s decision-making and accountability structures. She also built, facilitated, and coordinated the dual-city expansion of the “Essentials” program, supporting more than 975 early-stage education entrepreneurs across 40+ states
Cambria holds a BA in theology from Gordon College. She spent most of her career in New Orleans, moving there after Hurricane Katrina to support community and home rebuilding. She now resides in Colorado.
Outside of work, Cambria enjoys chasing her three young children at the summer camp her husband runs, while embracing the adventure of life at 9,000 ft.
