As a senior associate at Kinaura Partners, Ashutosh brings strong expertise in strategy development, program implementation, grant design, and project management across the firm’s Global Health Innovations and Immunization & Infectious Diseases portfolios. He applies technical depth and practical implementation skills to help organizations navigate complex health systems and design effective, high‑impact interventions.
With more than seven years of experience in public health, Ashutosh has worked in immunization, maternal and child health, COVID‑19 management, pandemic preparedness, climate–health linkages, and lead poisoning prevention. He supports partners — including the Gates Foundation and the World Health Organization — by integrating evidence, operational insight, and systems thinking to strengthen programs and inform strategic decisions.
Previously, Ashutosh spent four years at McKinsey & Company as a junior engagement manager, leading public health initiatives spanning strategy, design, and implementation. At Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, he developed India’s investment strategies for Gavi 5.0 and Gavi 6.0, and he has provided consulting support to organizations such as the Health Finance Coalition and Mercor.
Ashutosh holds a BTech in materials science and engineering from IIT Kanpur and an MPA from the London School of Economics. He has worked across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, and currently resides in India.
Outside of work, Ashutosh is engaged in grassroots campaigns in India, focusing primarily on environment, health, and education.
