Working closely with the Gates Foundation’s Global Health Innovation advocacy team, Kinaura Partners helped design and launch a new $13M government-led investment to improve the speed and efficiency of introducing priority health products in Kenya, South Africa, and Senegal. The initiative demonstrates how coordinated policy efforts, strong market intelligence, and cross-sector collaboration can reduce time-to-access and prepare countries for an expanding pipeline of new health innovations. Kinaura worked with foundation teams, governments, and partners to shape the strategy, establish a bundled multi-product approach, and ensure aligned leadership across stakeholders.
Kinaura provided both strategic guidance and hands-on program management, overseeing implementation through country-based organizations in partnership with governments. Drawing on deep experience in product introduction and market access, Kinaura helped translate the investment’s vision into clear structures, coordinated execution, and country-led pathways for accelerating access to new health technologies.
