Kinaura Partners worked closely with the Clean Air Fund (CAF) to design and deliver a robust process for co-creating the Fund’s first comprehensive results framework. Partnering with CAF’s leadership and program teams, Kinaura began by asking strategic questions to understand the Fund’s organizational pillars, Theory of Change, and evolving ambitions as a growing climate and health funder. This collaborative approach ensured the framework reflected CAF’s priorities, ways of working, and commitment to learning—while remaining practical and usable for teams across the organization.
Kinaura supported the development of clear indicators, monitoring and evaluation tools, and learning structures that enabled CAF to track progress and assess impact across its portfolio. The resulting framework became a foundational element of CAF’s first formal monitoring, learning, and evaluation system, strengthening internal decision-making and external accountability. Importantly, this work contributed to CAF securing $67M in joint renewal funding from CIFF and IKEA—a major milestone that accelerated the Fund’s growth and long-term sustainability. By combining thoughtful facilitation with hands-on execution, Kinaura helped CAF move from ambition to implementation, equipping the organization with a results framework that supports smarter resource allocation, sharper strategic focus, and stronger advocacy for policies that advance clean air and public health outcomes.
