As a consultant at Kinaura Partners, Tidah brings strong expertise in strategy support, project management, partnership development, proposal design, and knowledge product development. Working with the Africa team, she helps translate complex priorities into actionable, funder‑ready initiatives and strengthens systems that enable effective decision‑making and sustained impact.
With more than seven years of experience in global health and development, Tidah specializes in partnership cultivation, resource mobilization, proposal development, monitoring and evaluation systems, strategic communications, and project and portfolio management. She supports partners across the Gates Foundation’s East Africa, Africa Policy Advocacy & Communications, and Africa Regional Office Health portfolios by operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and accountability.
Previously, Tidah served as the senior manager for partnerships, resource mobilization, and monitoring & evaluation at API for Africa. She also worked as a senior fellow in partnerships and resource mobilization at the Financing Alliance for Health and as a senior development associate at the African Leadership Group, where she managed major funding partnerships with organizations including the Mastercard Foundation, Dry Creek Foundation, Oppenheimer Generations, Crown Family Philanthropies, and Moderna Charitable.
Tidah holds a BSc in microbiology and biotechnology and an MBA in strategic management, both from the University of Nairobi. She has worked across East Africa and currently resides in Nairobi, Kenya.
Outside of work, Tidah enjoys road trips, spending time with her goddaughter, hiking, exploring new food spots, and strength and cross‑training.
