As a deputy director at Kinaura Partners, Ruthie brings deep expertise in global health systems, strategic planning, partnership development, and organizational effectiveness. She provides strategic leadership to the Global Health Institutions, Strategy & Partnerships (GHISP) team, applying her strengths in senior‑level engagement, data‑driven analysis, and facilitation to help partners navigate complexity and drive measurable impact.
With more than 13 years of experience, Ruthie has supported major global health institutions and initiatives, with depth in maternal and newborn health and rights. She combines technical fluency in global health systems and advocacy with strong leadership in implementation, helping partners align stakeholders, mobilize resources, and translate strategy into action. Her work includes supporting the Gates Foundation’s multilateral engagement with organizations such as the World Health Organization, UNICEF, and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
A passionate advocate for women’s health and rights, Ruthie has consulted for Gavi, the Sabin Vaccine Alliance, and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She previously served as the organizational development manager at the White Ribbon Alliance, leading organizational strengthening and strategic planning efforts. Earlier in her career, she briefly stepped outside the global health field to manage large‑scale event logistics at the White House during the Obama Administration.
Ruthie holds an MPH from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, a graduate certificate in monitoring and evaluation from American University, and a BA from George Washington University. She is based in Maine.
