As an engagement lead at Kinaura Partners, Ramatoulie brings strong expertise in project management, research, communications, and event and meeting planning. Within the Africa Team, she draws on these skills to support effective portfolio management and advance partner priorities.
With more than a decade of experience, Ramatoulie has deep knowledge in public health, community health promotion, program implementation, outbreak response, disease surveillance, sexual and reproductive health and rights, HIV/AIDS case management, and research. She supports partners including the Gates Foundation by applying this technical breadth to strengthen coordination and deliver high‑quality execution.
Previously, Ramatoulie served as a program officer and stigma index researcher at the Global Network of People Living with HIV (GNP+). She has worked as an epidemiologist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Guinea and as an HIV/AIDS case manager with Open Cities Health Center. She also served as a Global Health Corps Fellow with the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation in Rwanda. Her work has been published in Cities & Health (Taylor & Francis).
Ramatoulie holds an MPH in community health promotion with an interdisciplinary concentration in global health from the University of Minnesota, and a double BA in biology and French from the College of Saint Catherine. She has lived and worked in The Gambia, Germany, Rwanda, the United States, and several countries across West and Central Africa.
Outside of work, Ramatoulie serves as an advisory member of Pan African Women in Health, an online platform dedicated to enhancing the representation and impact of women and girls in the health sector. In her free time, she enjoys board games and exploring new cuisines.
