As a senior associate at Kinaura Partners, Olga brings strong implementation skills and deep expertise in SRHR and rights‑based approaches to development. Working across the Women’s Health & SRHR and Equality, Power, and Participation teams, she specializes in strategic advocacy, coalition leadership, qualitative research, and translating evidence into action for partners advancing gender equality and health equity.
With seven years of experience in political processes and progressive movement‑building in the United States and internationally, Olga has supported partners including the Gates Foundation, the International Confederation of Midwives, CIFF, and Amref Ethiopia. Her work centers on strengthening coalitions, shaping advocacy strategies, and elevating community‑driven priorities within global health and development.
Previously, Olga served as a federal lobbyist with PAI, partnering with US government leaders to increase investments in SRHR programs and remove abortion restrictions from global health funding. She co‑chaired the International Family Planning Coalition and Girls Not Brides USA, collaborating closely with advocates from organizations such as the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Save the Children, World Vision, and the International Center for Research on Women. Olga has also supported program implementation and evaluation with Plan International El Salvador and the Health Research Unit Zimbabwe. Before transitioning into global health, she managed political campaigns in the Pacific Northwest to elect pro‑choice candidates and advance public health, gender equity, and LGBTQI+ rights.
Olga holds an MSc in public health for development from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and a BA in international studies from the University of Washington. She has lived or worked in the United States, the United Kingdom, Zimbabwe, El Salvador, and Colombia, and currently resides in Washington.
Outside of work, Olga is an avid solo traveler and enjoys attending live theatre and concerts, reading, and swimming in the sound.
