As a director at Kinaura Partners, Nathan brings deep expertise in global health financing, infectious disease advocacy, and development policy. He combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery to guide complex initiatives, with capabilities spanning project management, meeting design, and performance tracking. 

With more than 15 years of experience, Nathan supports the Gates Foundation’s work on advocacy and resource mobilization for immunization, infectious diseases, and multilateral financing. He also collaborates with partners such as Gavi, the Global Fund, the Global Financing Facility, and the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, and advises the World Health Organization’s Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office on regional programs and partner engagement. 

Previously, Nathan served as a senior director at Dimagi, where he led client relationships, market research, advocacy campaigns, and digital health product development. He has also advised foundations, multilateral institutions, and regional organizations on evaluation design, advocacy strategies, and partnership development. 

Nathan holds an MSc in global health from Trinity College Dublin and a BA in international development from McGill University. He has worked across North America, Europe, and Africa, and is now based in Maine. 

Outside of work, Nathan swims, bikes, runs, hikes the mid‑coast, cooks, and plays piano in a jazz ensemble.
