She has 15 years of experience in gender and racial equity policy and grant making to guide complex initiatives spanning policy, advocacy, and strategic planning. She supports partners, including Pivotal Ventures, to advance high‑impact efforts nationwide.

Lindsay has worked across maternal health, adolescent mental health, affordable healthcare, paid family leave, childcare and early education, K–12 public education, and related issue areas. Before joining Kinaura, she was a consultant with Boldly Go Philanthropy, where she managed and contributed to 11 strategic planning, policy, and grantmaking projects for US-based foundations, including the Community Health Acceleration Partnership, Pritzker Children’s Initiative, Blue Cross North Carolina Foundation, National Governors Association, and ICONIQ Impact, among others.

Earlier in her career, Lindsay directed a family foundation investing in child and maternal health in North Carolina, where she worked with partners to launch a statewide birth equity funder collaborative. She also led communications for an Aspen Institute policy program focused on child and family policy, philanthropy, and practice. Her previous roles include project leadership positions at strategy and communications consulting firms, and she began her career with New England’s largest childcare provider serving families with low incomes.
