As a senior consultant at Kinaura Partners, Heather brings deep expertise in innovative financing, donor engagement, external relations, and project management. Within Kinaura’s Immunization & Infectious Diseases team, she helps shape strategies for resource mobilization, stakeholder coordination, donor communications, and gender mainstreaming.
Heather brings more than 25 years of experience in global health, international development, and public policy, with deep expertise in health financing, political advocacy, partner relations, and strategic communications. She supports partners including the Gates Foundation on innovative finance and Gulf engagement initiatives, and she has led high‑impact resource mobilization efforts and built influential alliances across public, private, and civil society sectors.
Previously, Heather held roles with the World Health Organization and the Gates Foundation, contributing to major global health initiatives such as the Global Polio Eradication Initiative and the Global Financing Facility. Through collaboration with donors, development banks, and civil society organizations, she has helped mobilize significant global health funding and advance gender equity.
Heather holds an MPH from Emory University and a BA in German literature from the University of California, San Diego. A former Fulbright Scholar and recipient of the WHO Director‑General Award of Excellence, she has lived and worked throughout Europe and the United States, and currently resides in Geneva, Switzerland.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, and playing the violin.
