As a senior consultant at Kinaura Partners, Ginger works with the People and Operations and Leadership and Management teams supporting internal efforts related to talent sourcing, recruiting, business development strategy, and proposal development. With over 15 years of experience, she has led philanthropic and social impact initiatives across foundations, private sector, and international development.
Before joining Kinaura, Ginger served as an independent consultant, partnering with mission-driven organizations to design and implement end-to-end recruiting processes and contribute to business development infrastructure and execution. Prior to that, she spent six years at Arabella Advisors, a philanthropic consulting firm where she advanced team growth and deliver high-quality client service through project management, business development, capacity planning, personnel management, and thought leadership.
Ginger holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MA in European Studies from Georgetown University, and a BA in international studies and German from Washington University in St. Louis. Originally from Illinois, she brings a global lens to her work as she has lived in Bogotá, Colombia; Vienna, Austria; and currently resides in Warsaw, Poland.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading literary fiction, doing Pilates, and going on family bike rides with her two young boys, Oscar and Theo.
