As Chief of Staff at Kinaura Partners, Cassandra serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, Nejla Liias, and the Executive Leadership Team. She manages leadership priorities and follow-through, oversees the Executive Leadership Team’s operating rhythm and meeting coordination, and synthesizes information from across the firm to inform decision-making and support the CEO’s external positioning.
Cassandra brings nine years of experience as an operational deputy in the global health and social impact sector. Most recently, she served as Deputy to the President at One Acre Fund, where she managed the President’s day-to-day operations across a large fundraising portfolio and translated strategic priorities into sequenced implementation plans with clear owners.
She holds an MPH from Columbia University and has worked across global nonprofits, early-stage startups, and the United Nations, often serving as the operational engine behind leadership teams.
Cassandra has lived or worked in the United States, Morocco, Jordan, and in East Africa. She currently resides in Tennessee.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hosting outdoor dinner gatherings, and cycling around Nashville with her husband.
