As an engagement lead at Kinaura Partners, Carly brings strong skills in strategic program management, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement across the Global Health Institutions, Strategies & Partnerships (GHISP) and Immunization & Infectious Diseases portfolios. She focuses on domestic resource mobilization, health system strengthening, and advocacy strategy development, helping partners advance effective, sustainable global health programming.

With more than 10 years of experience, Carly specializes in global health policy, neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), and infectious disease programming. Her work centers on integrating health services into national systems, advancing health financing, promoting gender equity, and strengthening capacity for long‑term health system resilience.

Previously, Carly served as a strategy manager at Deloitte Consulting, where she led USAID’s Act to End NTDs project across 11 countries, supporting governments to integrate NTD programming into national systems and mobilize domestic resources. In India, she managed health financing initiatives and provided technical leadership on domestic COVID‑19 response efforts. Earlier in her career, Carly worked at USAID in the NTDs division and the President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI), providing strategic and financial oversight for programs that delivered more than one billion treatments in 27 countries. She also advanced gender equity and social inclusion and skillfully coordinated strategy, partnerships, and operations across global teams.

Carly holds an MPH in global health policy from George Washington University and a BA in global studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has worked across Africa and Asia and now resides in Washington, DC.

Outside of work, Carly travels and pursues athletics and wellness. As an All-American swimmer at the University of North Carolina, she built discipline, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure.
