As a senior engagement lead at Kinaura Partners, Caitlyn brings deep expertise in grassroots and advocacy campaigning, maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH), sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and project management. Within Kinaura’s Women’s Health & SRHR and Global Education teams, she specializes in strategy development, planning, messaging, stakeholder engagement, investment guidance, and measurement, learning, and evaluation (MLE).
With more than a decade of experience, Caitlyn supports partners in advancing their policy, advocacy, and communications objectives. Her work has included collaborations with the Gates Foundation, the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, the Partnership for Maternal and Newborn Health (PMNCH), and the International Confederation of Midwives, among others.
Previously, Caitlyn served as the director for measurement, evaluation, and learning at the ONE Campaign, where she spent nearly 10 years. She has also partnered with organizations such as the Food Research and Action Center (FRAC) and Harvard’s Global Health Institute (HGHI), leading strategy development and providing thought partnership to senior leadership. Caitlyn has co‑authored several advocacy and policy briefs, including Advancing Maternal and Newborn Health in Kenya, Pakistan, and Nigeria; Save the Children’s Silent Emergency: Women Dying to Give Life; and the PUSH Campaign’s Unlocking Impact: Midwives as the Key to Economic Growth, Health Equity, Gender Equality and Climate Resilience.
Caitlyn holds a BA in languages and certifications in project management and MLE. She currently resides in Richmond, VA.
Outside of work, Caitlyn is a mother of three who enjoys spending time with her family, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and tending her wild garden.
