As a senior consultant, Bisola brings deep expertise in strategic planning, partnerships, and cross‑functional project leadership. She collaborates with Kinaura Partners to develop, refine, and scale strategic initiatives across gender equity, caregiving, civic engagement, and narrative and cultural change. Her work is grounded in strong facilitation, coalition‑building, and thought partnership, enabling teams to move from vision to actionable strategies.
Bisola has supported philanthropic partners such as Pivotal Ventures on high‑impact projects, drawing on more than 15 years of experience in social impact, advocacy, racial equity, campaign design, and cultural initiatives. She is known for her ability to guide senior leadership teams, align stakeholders, and manage complex portfolios that bridge research, policy, and practice.
Previously, Bisola served as a senior consultant at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and as deputy director at the Open Society Foundations. She has published across academic, policy, and philanthropic domains, including recent reports on housing, health equity, and paid family and medical leave.
Bisola holds an EdM in education and technology from Harvard University and a PhD in geography from the University of Texas at Austin. She has lived or worked in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and West Africa, and currently resides in New York.
Outside of work, Bisola can be found gardening or going on pastry crawls with friends.
