As a senior engagement lead at Kinaura Partners, Beth Pulawski brings strong expertise in strategic planning, thought partnership, change management, policy development, advocacy, and project management. Within Kinaura’s Africa team, she also leads senior leader engagement, cross‑sector coordination, and the design of high‑level convenings.
With more than 15 years of experience, Beth has deep expertise across global health and development, tobacco control, reproductive health, primary health care, women’s economic empowerment, agriculture, and digital public infrastructure. She is also skilled in government relations, leadership communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategic investment decision‑making. She supports a range of partners — including the Gates Foundation and the Clean Air Fund — through evidence‑informed strategy and collaborative execution.
Previously, Beth served as the interim senior program officer for tobacco control at the Gates Foundation, a consultant with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), and a strategic advisor to Montclair Community Farms. She has authored and co‑authored several notable publications, including the Clean Air Fund’s Strengthening Air Quality Management Guidance Report, the Gates Foundation’s case study on tobacco control policy adoption and implementation in Senegal, and The Global Programme to Enhance Reproductive Health Commodity Security (2006).
Beth holds an MIA from Columbia University and a BS from Fairfield University. She has lived or worked in the United States, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Senegal, China, and Spain, and currently resides in New Jersey.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time with her family, serves as VP of Travel Soccer for Montclair United, and sits on the board of Montclair Community Farms.
