As a managing director at Kinaura Partners, Aubrey brings deep expertise in global health systems, organizational assessment, stakeholder engagement, and strategic investment guidance. She leads the Africa Health and Global Education portfolios, with a focus on advancing equitable health outcomes across complex systems and contexts, including primary healthcare, health systems strengthening, infectious and non‑communicable diseases, humanitarian settings, and WASH.

With more than 20 years of experience in global health and development, Aubrey is skilled in coalition building, strategic planning, and navigating multi‑stakeholder environments. She supports global foundations, multilaterals, and humanitarian organizations by shaping strategy, informing investment decisions, and advancing policy and advocacy efforts. Her partners include the Gates Foundation, UNICEF, the International Rescue Committee, the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, the World Health Organization, WaterAid, and the World Wildlife Fund.

Prior to joining Kinaura Partners, Aubrey served for seven years as secretariat for two global non‑communicable disease coalitions — Cervical Cancer Action and the Taskforce on Women and NCDs — leading global coordination, advocacy, and knowledge generation across a wide range of partners and stakeholders.

Aubrey holds a BS from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and an MPH from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. She has lived and worked in Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Kenya, Vietnam, and Afghanistan, and is currently based in Indonesia.

Outside of work, Aubrey enjoys scuba diving, photography, and walking her dog Moose on the beach.
