As a managing director at Kinaura Partners, Andrea leads the organization’s financial and administrative strategies. She oversees budgeting, contracts, and risk management to advance Kinaura’s operations, ensuring strategic alignment with the company’s long-term vision. Andrea is committed to strengthening policies, processes, and systems to maximize organizational impact.
A dynamic agent of change, Andrea brings a wealth of experience from over a decade in clinical therapy and social work. Her work prior to Kinaura centered on empowering women, children, and families by enhancing support systems and expanding opportunities.
Andrea holds an MA in clinical counseling and a BA in psychology with a focus on women’s studies, both from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her family.
