This report examines the United Nations Joint Global Programme on the Elimination of Cervical Cancer, assessing its first five years of implementation across six countries. Drawing on document reviews and interviews with global and country stakeholders, the report highlights how coordinated UN action has strengthened national planning, improved inter-agency collaboration, and accelerated progress toward the WHO’s 90–70–90 targets. It also surfaces persistent barriers—from vaccine shortages to health system constraints—and outlines lessons and recommendations to inform the Programme’s next phase.
