As a deputy director at Kinaura Partners, Jenny leads teams spanning agriculture, nutrition, and climate, with a focus on policy, advocacy, and communications strategy. Jenny is especially strong at bringing different teams and priorities together, turning complex challenges into clear goals, coordinated action, and measurable results. She is known for creating collaborative environments where people from different backgrounds can align around a shared purpose and move ideas into action. In recent years, Jenny has worked with partners such as the Gates Foundation, WomenLift Health, the UN Foundation, and the Western Cape Economic Development Partnership.
Jenny is a trained facilitator with a background in innovation and strategy. Before joining Kinaura, she worked at Deloitte as part of the Greenhouse team, where she designed and led strategy workshops for senior leaders in both the public and private sectors. She also helped develop and launch a state-of-the-art innovation space and began her journey as a visual facilitator, training to bring ideas and conversations to life with visuals (often known as graphic recording).
Jenny holds an MPhil in Inclusive Innovation with distinction from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. Her research explored how communities in South Africa responded to the Covid-19 food crisis. Her work has been published in Business & Society, The Conversation, and the Stanford Social Innovation Review. She has also completed training in human-centered systems thinking, business sustainability, and innovation for global grand challenges.
